We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and optimize our schedule, we have implemented a 24-hour in advance cancellation policy. Please read the following guidelines: 1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee. 2. The cancellation fee will be 45% of the total cost of the scheduled service(s). The specific percentage will be communicated to you at the time of booking or during your consultation. 3. Cancellation fees will be due and payable immediately upon cancellation. Failure to pay the fee may result in being unable to book future appointments. 4. We understand that emergencies can occur, and we will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you have a genuine emergency. 5. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without prior notice, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and it will be considered a late cancellation.
